Hi, I’m Darren Whitehead, owner of Kent-Tech Electrical — a trusted local electrician based in Snodland.

I’m 37 years old, married with two children, and understand how important safety, reliability, and trust are when working in people’s homes. I’ve lived in Snodland for the past 7 years and originally come from Gravesend.

Kent-Tech Electrical has proudly been trading for 7 years, backed by over 20 years of experience within the electrical industry. I provide professional domestic electrical services including EICRs, consumer unit upgrades, fault finding, rewires, lighting installations, and general electrical repairs. As a fully qualified Registered Electrician holding a JIB Gold Card, safety always comes first, and I take pride in carrying out every job to the highest standards.

I completed a full electrical apprenticeship and have worked across a wide range of industries throughout my career, including airports, railways, shops, commercial premises, and domestic homes. This varied experience has helped me develop a strong knowledge of electrical systems and high standards of workmanship across all environments.

Outside of work, I enjoy fishing, spending quality time with my family, family days out, and exploring the countryside and nature whenever I can.
